**About the opportunity**

By joining Organon, as a **Business Analyst/Analytics Specialist**, you will experience a unique opportunity to help building a new, leading, biopharmaceutical company. Working closely with business and business technology colleagues within the manufacturing teams, you will define and execute the data & analytics strategies. Reporting to the site Business Technology Lead you will own the management of data systems and you will be participating in the generation of insights through data analytics. Our goal is to improve our manufacturing by becoming a data driven site.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Partnering with your colleagues in Business Technology, you will own the day-to-day data management for the Heist site;
- Ensuring data is well maintained and organized, enabling business stakeholders to leverage data efficiently and accurately in a timely manner;
- Creating the data governance framework by working with relevant functions to improve data quality over time;
- Working with internal stakeholders to understand, improve and monitor the data collection;
- Creating dashboards and reports;
- Generate useful insights from the data to enable data driven decisions for stakeholders.

**What would make you a fit for this role?**
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the area of (business) economics, business administration, industrial engineering, IT, finance or another related (technical) field of study;
- You have some years (minimum of 3) of operational experience in data analytics, preferably within a manufacturing environment;
- You have experience with managing different types of data across multiple systems and with multiple data sources;
- You have a good understanding of manufacturing reporting processes (pre);
- You have knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles and you have experience within Agile software development teams (pre);
- You have experience with OsiSoft PI and Werum MES data structure/data model (pre);
- You have advanced excel skills (must) and you have effective knowledge of databases, SQL and Minitab (pre);
- You have experience with Power BI (must);
- You have influencing skills, well developed communication skills (written and verbal) and you can work both independently, as well as in a team;
- You master the Dutch and English language.
