**Functie**:
Als** Project Manager** ligt je focus op operationele en commerciële taken, aangevuld met de opvolging van de administratie en financiële flow. Je wordt voltijds tewerkgesteld bij een klant actief in de industrie.
Hoe ziet jouw toekomstig takenpakket er nu concreet uit?
- Het onderhouden van dagelijkse projectadministratie en zorgen voor de nodige rapportages;
- Zorgen voor een efficiënte inzet van mensen en middelen op de werf;
- Instaan voor de opvolging van het budget;
- Het aansturen van de medewerkers;
- Met een coachende aanpak, stimuleer je het teamwerk;
- Instaan voor de opvolging van veiligheidsvoorschriften;
- Organiseren van werfoverleg en hierbij zorgen voor de nodige briefing;
- Actief meewerken aan verbeterprojecten; Zorgen voor de beste klantenservice, is voor jou vanzelfsprekend.

**Profiel en vaardigheden**:
Ben jij de** Project Manager **die wij zoeken? Dan herken jij je vlot in volgende punten:
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma in een bouw richting op zak of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je bent een ervaren projectleider die reeds de verantwoordelijkheid van meerdere projecten op zich heeft genomen;
- Je haalt energie uit het analyseren van zaken en dagelijkse problem solving;
- Je bent administratief sterk;
- Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel ingesteld;
- Multitasken is één van jouw talenten;
- Communicatie in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels is voor jou geen enkel probleem;
- Excel kent geen geheimen voor jou;
- Je beschikt over een VCA certificaat of bent enthousiast om dit op korte termijn te behalen; Af en toe kunnen er vergaderingen plaatsvinden in Terneuzen, dus je stelt je flexibel op om hiernaar toe te gaan.
