Functieomschrijving

As a Purchase Officer FOOD, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the purchasing department where you are responsible for vendors, intercompany transactions, and items assigned to you.

This involves the following tasks:

- You create purchase orders in our ERP system and forward them to our suppliers internationally.
- You follow up on the orders in the system and check confirmed delivery dates with suppliers and internal stakeholders, mainly in Denmark (customer service, logistics )
- You handle intercompany transfers.
- You solve issues and complaints, with the support of the inventory planner.
- You control PO versus invoice.

Profiel
- You own a bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, or a related field.
- You have excellent knowledge of the Office package (good knowledge of Excel).
- A profound knowledge of SAP is a plus or at least familiar with ERP software.
- You work very accurately with strong attention to detail.
- You are stress-resistant and solution-oriented.
- You love to work closely with colleagues at all levels in the organization.
- You are fluent in English and Dutch.
