Drives, manages and coordinates the company's Quality/Hygiene/Safety/Security/Health/Environment and Sustainable Development management system with all employees in a dynamic of continuous improvement.

Makes a strong contribution to improving the company's safety performance

Is the go-to interface between clients and company on all QHSE issues

**JOB DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES**

**Manages the QHSE procedures and legal and regulatory obligations**
- Knows and integrates the procedures forwarded (clients, group, internal)
- Adapts the procedures in line with the company's business
- Designs and drafts the documents relating to the subsidiary's QHSE system
- Handles documentary management (archiving, process updates, document library)
- Produces and monitors the documents relating to risk assessment (single document, environmental risk assessment )
- Handles regulatory monitoring in his area of competence
- Monitors the setting up of any actions necessary to ensure regulatory compliance on QHSE issues

**Implements and coordinates the QHSE management system**
- Raises the awareness of and involves all personnel in risk prevention and QHSE issues in tandem with the department managers
- Assists the department managers in dealing with the QHSE system
- Leads QHSE meetings and training campaigns
- Coordinates the QHSE system through various communication media (postings, informal discussions, safety bulletins, revolving screens ) and during occasional specific operations
- Participates actively in meetings (Management when necessary, CHSW, Management Review, jobs, diesel )

**Deals with non-conformities and coordinates improvement actions**
- Orchestrates the annual QHSE action plan and monitors its implementation
- Collects the details necessary to deal with non-conformities (reports, analysis questionnaires, disks )
- Participates in events analysis (accidents, work-related accident, complaints, near accidents ) and coordinates the setting up of improvement actions
- Handles the registration and treatment of non-conformities in tandem with the persons concerned
- Ensures proper communication with clients
- Participates actively in continuous improvement (shares good practices, collates suggestions )

**Measures QHSE performance**
- Measures the efficacy of improvement actions
- Monitors the performance indicators and/or ensures that the indicators are monitored by the departments concerned
- Carries out trend analyses, annotates the QHSE statistics and circulates them
- Handles the administration of the Management Review

**Manages audits**
- Organises and participates actively in internal and external audits
- Where necessary, carries out cross audits
- Designs and monitors implementation of the action plan based on the audits
- Reports on the results of audits and the actions to be put in place
