Assistant financiële administratie

Als Benelux-modegroep bouwt FABRIK agency aan de merken Modstrom, Grace & Mila, Andy & Lucy, FRNCH, enz. Wij zijn op zoek naar nieuwe medewerkers.
Voor de Finance Afdeling in Antwerpen zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiast Assistent Financiële Administratie.

Functieomschrijving:
Als assistent van de afdeling Financiële Administratie, ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële administratie (crediteuren-, debiteuren
- en salarisadministratie, grootboek) van de business units in België.
- Je zorgt voor een zo goed mogelijke inrichting van de administratie en administratieve processen. Je staat in voor een vlotte dagelijkse gang van zaken, voert werkoverleg en ziet toe op de voortgang en kwaliteit van de administratie. Je zorgt voor duidelijke procedures en werkmethoden in lijn met de company regels.
- Je verzekert de aanlevering van de periodecijfers volgens de afgesproken deadlines. Je voert de nodige controles en coördineert een pro-actieve samenwerking met de interne business controllers en externe accountants.

Profiel:

- Minimum 1 jaar ervaring.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent hands-on.
- Je bent analytisch zeer sterk, hebt spontaan inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen en bent kritisch.
- Je bent proactief, stressbestendig; je hebt een flexibele mind-set en kan overweg met een zeer dynamische omgeving.
- Je bent een echte team speler en beschikt voor goede communicatievaardigheden.
- Je bent nauwkeurig en discreet en hecht belang aan service en kwaliteit.
- Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en kan goed om met deadlines; je kan snel schakelen.
- Je kan vlot werken met Excel, kennis van ERP is nodig, SAP is een plus.

Jobgerelateerde competenties
- Toezicht houden op en coördineren van de beheerscontrole en de interne audit (evaluatie van de financiële risico's, validatie van fiscale keuzes,...)
- Toezicht houden op het beheer van de liquiditeiten
Aanbevelingen aan leidinggevenden doen over de toekenning van financiële middelen
- Toezicht houden op en coördineren van de werking van de diensten, de juridische advisering inzake geschillen en financiële constructies
- Activiteiten uitvoeren: Beheer van het roerend en onroerend vermogen
- Activiteiten uitvoeren: Relatiebeheer met de leveranciers, de fiscale diensten en de financiële tussenschakels (banken, verzekeringen,...)
- Medewerkers leiden en opvolgen: Commerciële functies
- Medewerkers leiden en opvolgen: Boekhoudkundige functies
- Medewerkers leiden en opvolgen: Financiële functies
- Medewerkers leiden en opvolgen: Logistieke functies
- Procedures voor het administratieve en financiële beheer, indicatoren voor de opvolging van de activiteit en rapportering aan de directie, bepalen en opstarten
- De evolutie van de financiële resultaten van de organisatie opvolgen
