**Functie**:
Wij zijn op zoek naar een Field Security Offcer voor de Johnson & Johnson site in Gent.
**Takenpakket**:
- Je bent de meewerkend leidinggevende van Sodexo Belgium Security Services bij onze klant Janssen Pharmaceutica nv/Johnson & Johnson België. Je geeft leiding aan een team van meer dan 15 bewakingsagenten op onze sites te Zwijnaarde (Gent).
- Je ondersteunt de Security Coördinator met de dagdagelijkse operationele verantwoordelijkheid te dragen van een groep bewakingsagenten die zowel statische bewakingsactiviteiten als receptietaken uitvoeren.
- Je biedt administratieve steun aan de security coördinator zoals het opstellen van wekelijkse rapporteringen.
- Je volgt de dagelijkse rapporteringen op en bespreekt deze rapporteringen met de security coördinator wanneer er een escalatie nodig is
- Je controleert E360 op de goede uitvoering van controlerondes en op de kwaliteit van de rapportering van dagelijkse taken en incidenten.
- Je bent de operationele SPOC voor bewakingsagenten, coördinatoren en de security manager.
- Je bent de SPOC voor de senior planner en bewakingsagenten in geval van een planningsprobleem. Je maakt de maandelijkse planning op voor alle agenten waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent en zorgt dat alle diensten correct ingevuld zijn.
- Je plant jezelf operationeel in, maar je krijgt een forfaitair aantal administratieve uren per maand. Dit om alle administratieve en operationele taken inzake planning of calamiteiten op te vangen.
- Je onderhoudt de bij onze klant geldende security procedures en instructies in nauw contact met de security coördinator.
- Je waakt over het correct gebruik van de materialen van zowel de klant als deze van SBSS.
- Je kan operationele contacten onderhouden met de klant en daarbij kan je detecteren wat er met de hiërarchie dient besproken te worden. Beslissingen dienen steeds samen met de coördinator besproken te worden.
- Je onderhoudt goede operationele contacten met de collega’s van Sodexo Facilitites.
- Je hebt een werkbare kennis van de wet op de regeling van de bijzondere en private veiligheid.
- Je hebt alle operationele kennis van elke post op de site, waarover je ook verantwoordelijk bent.
- Je doet het onthaal van nieuwe medewerkers en je coacht hen tot ze opgeleid zijn en ze zelfstandig op de bewakingsposten van de site kunnen werken.
- Je ziet toe en doet opvolging en/of delegeert bijkomende taken gevraagd door Sodexo of klant (mits toestemming management)
- Je waakt over de safety cultuur van Sodexo: je past het safetyplan toe, doet safetywalks en je maakt gebruikt van de Sodexo Salus app.
- Je volgt een zero risk mindset en doet geen compromissen op het gebied van veiligheid. Of het nu gaat om jouw veiligheid, die van jouw collega’s, consumenten, klanten of een andere partij.
**Profiel**:
- Coördinatie van event
- en securityoperaties.
- Werkbare kennis ‘Wet op de regeling van de bijzondere en private veiligheid’ en kan deze toepassen.
- Je bent klantvriendelijk en communicatief
- Administratief sterk.
- Blijft rust en kalm bij onvoorziene omstandigheden of plotse werkdruk.
- Je bent flexibel qua werkuren, je bent bereid om te werken in een volcontinu systeem met volgende shiften;
- In de eerste fase van de bouw zal er gewerkt worden in 2 shiften, nl van 6u tot 18u en van 18u tot 6u
- Vanaf de 2de fase zal je in hetzelfde ploegensysteem werken.
- Kennis van: office 365.
- Worden aangeleerd: E360 + klant gebonden toepassingen toegangscontrolesysteem ProWatch - Excess + CCTV systeem MaxPro + Filemaker
- Basiskennis: ICT procedure voor de specifieke aanvragen en toepassingen van accounts en digitale tools die nodig zijn voor de dienstuitvoering bij de klant.

**Vereiste studies / attesten / kwalificaties**:
- Gecertificeerd zijn volgens KB 23/05/2018 - KB opleidingen gekaderd in de wet op de reg
