**Profiel**
Als Technician bij onze klant ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ter plaatse oplossen van incidenten, waarbij je strikt de vastgelegde procedures volgt.
Je neemt de leiding bij kleine projecten, wat betekent dat je over de kwaliteiten beschikt om een team te leiden.
Hoewel je voornamelijk zelfstandig werkt bij klanten, maak je ook gebruik van een bedrijfswagen om je te verplaatsen tussen de verschillende ING-gebouwen voor je interventies.
Je werkzaamheden omvatten het regelmatig dragen van IT-materiaal, zoals computers en printers.
Daarnaast is het strikt naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures een essentieel onderdeel van je functie.
**Vaardigheden & kennis**
- Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat met een diploma secundair onderwijs derde graad en een geldig rijbewijs B.
- Je moet drietalig zijn (Nederlands, Frans, Engels) om effectief te communiceren binnen internationale contexten, zoals Nederland en Portugal.
- Een sterke interesse in techniek en een leergierige houding zijn essentieel. Je beschikt over kennis van ITIL, Office, Service Now ITSM, Windows 10, en hardware voor laptops, desktops, en MacBooks.
- Analytisch denkvermogen, efficiëntie, en uitstekende probleemoplossende vaardigheden zijn vereist.
- Je bent communicatief sterk, kan zowel autonoom als in teamverband werken en past je gemakkelijk aan bij veranderende omstandigheden.
