Je werkt samen met en rapporteert aan de Logistics Business Controller. Je focust je op het Distributiecentrum in Antwerpen, maar verzorgt ook de controlling functie voor logistieke processen in de Compressor Technique Business Area wereldwijd.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
- Ondersteunen bij de maand-, kwartaal
- en jaarafsluiting van het Distributiecentrum binnen de door de Groep gestelde deadlines. De contactpersoon zijn voor onze interne accounting serviceprovider in Tsjechië.
- Het management team ondersteunen met ad-hoc analyses.
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van managementrapportages.
- Automatiseren van rapportages.
- Kostenbeheersingsactiviteiten uitvoeren.
- Ontwikkelen/verbeteren van routines en processen en het up-to-date houden van het ISO Management Systeem.
- Verstrekken van de benodigde documentatie aan interne en externe auditors.
- Deelnemen aan interne audits.

Wat verwachten wij?_**
We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste teamspeler met 3-5 jaar ervaring in boekhouding of bedrijfscontrole met een universitair diploma in financiën, boekhouding of bedrijfskunde. Flexibiliteit en het vermogen om te werken in een complexe en snel veranderende omgeving. Je hecht waarde aan hoge standaarden, zoekt altijd naar betere manieren met focus op kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid. Vlot Engels spreken is een must. Je hebt ervaring in het gebruik van MS office en ERP-systemen. Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.

Bedrijfspresentatie_**
De Compressor Technique Service Divisie (CTS) is verantwoordlijk voor alle onderdelen en servicegerichte activiteiten binnen de Compressor Technique Business Area. Het hoofdkwartier van deze divisie kan je terugvinden in Wilrijk (Antwerpen). CTS ontwikkeld, verkoopt en distribueert aftermarktproducten en beheert onderhoudscontracten voor Atlas Copco op wereldschaal. Daarnaast staan ze ook in voor Multi Brand machines in verschillende industrieën.
