Samen met andere business architects, business stakeholders en IT-collega’s breng je **strategische projecte**n tot een goed einde. Soms komen hier fundamentele veranderingen in onze infrastructuur of data-omgeving bij kijken. Aan uitdaging geen gebrek dus. Maar de voldoening is dan ook groot, want je ziet hoe collega’s doorheen de hele organisatie op een **steeds meer datagedreven manier werken en beslissingen nemen.**
**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:
- Je staat aan het stuur om strategie en verandering binnen de business unit België mee vorm te geven. Hierbij navigeer je doordacht door data strategie en visie enerzijds en de **operationele realiteit **en de verwachtingen van het management anderzijds.
- Je **benadert uitdagingen vanuit verschillende dimensies**, gaat het gesprek aan met collega’s in uiteenlopende functies en brengt stakeholders op dezelfde golflengte. Zo lukt het je om alle aspecten van een verandering mee te nemen in de denkoefening; technische, regelgevende, commerciële en organisatorisch aspecten.
- Samen met je collega’s ben je pionier in het concretiseren van **innovatieve datatrends** en zet je samen met de business deze uitdagende ideeën om naar een data management roadmap.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de **processen, de controles en de opvolging rond databeheer.**:
- Je maakt **trainingen op maat **en hands-on tutorials die de business helpen om op een eenvoudige manier meer datagedreven te werken.
**Jouw troeven?**:
- Je was **eerder al betrokken in een transformatieproject** rond data (zoals data management, advanced analytics, data lake, machinelearning,..). Bijvoorbeeld als Data Architect of als trekker van het project.
- Je hebt ervaring met **datamodelering, **de opzet van data architectuur en het decentraliseren van data teams binnen business domeinen. Je weet ook hoe je data modelling inzet om commerciële toepassingen versneld op te leveren.
- Je hebt ervaring met minstens **2 van de 5 dimensies **van data management en kijkt ernaar uit om je kennis van al deze dimensies verder te verdiepen:
- GDPR en datatoegang
- Data Quality
- Definities
- (Meta) Data Lineage
- Data Governance
- Je hebt een basiskennis van **machine learning**, API’s, data warehousing, externe data en real-time architectuur. Idealiter ben je ook vertrouwd met **SAFe.**:
- Je hebt ervaring met **samenwerking** met business.
- Je communiceert sterk in het **Nederlands en Engel**s. Altijd respectvol en verbindend.
- Dankzij jouw **enthousiaste toelichting** en duidelijke slides weet je anderen te overtuigen. Ook complexe zaken stel je behapbaar voor.
- Je bent **proactief**, vindt plannen makkelijk en stelt vlot prioriteiten.
