**Description Overview**:
The central Quality team is the link between producer and distributor. As a team, we support the local operating countries and ensures that only products of the highest quality standards are distributed across Europe.

A hybrid way of working (office in Nazareth & remote working) guarantees an excellent work-life balance
**Scope of the Role**:
Perform administrative tasks like:
- Follow-ups with suppliers
- Assist in data retrieval
- Manage shared mailboxes
- Manage shared data sheets (for example excel overviews)
- Dispatch of complaints
- Closure of standard complaints
- Change lay-out of documents based on templates and publish documents
- Maintaining training assignment and follow-up on training statuses
- You will ensure adherence to critical procedures and compliance to requirements for record retention.
- General administration work and ad hoc duties as they arise.
**Experience Required**:
- We are looking for someone that is fluent in English with an excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- A strong attention to detail, very good communication skills, and an analytical mindset are a big asset in this function.
- We are looking for someone with a bachelor degree (recent graduates are welcome) or someone that can prove an excellent level of administrative skills.
