**Data/Web Analyst**

**Missions principales**
- Vous avez pour objectif principal l’optimisation de la connaissance de nos prospects et clients.
- Vous participez à la collecte des données, leur exploitation et l’édition des rapports chiffrés pour l’ensemble des éditeurs du Groupe Rossel (Le Soir, Sud Infos, La Voix du Nord, L’Union, Courrier Picard, Paris Normandie, etc.) afin de développer le portefeuille client abonnés BtoC.
- Vous pilotez la mise en place de reporting sur l’outil Qliksense en organisant les différentes phases de réalisation. Recueillir et analyser le besoin client, réalisation des spécifications, définition planning, développement des rapports (scripts, modèles, visualisation)
- Vous accompagnez les équipes métier dans la bonne compréhension et la montée en compétence sur l’exploitation des tableaux de bord mis à disposition.
- Vous réalisez des études et analyses avec des données de différentes sources dans un objectif d’aide à la décision ou d’optimisation des opérations marketing. (ERP, SSO, Master Database, BigQuery, Piano Analytics).
- Vous identifiez des actions à réaliser en lien direct avec les équipes métiers et mettez à disposition des données/ciblages nécessaires à l’activité commerciale.
- Vous développez avec l’équipe de Data Analyst des scoring type engagement des utilisateurs, scoring prédictifs.
- Vous participez au contrôle et au maintien de la qualité des données en lien avec l’IT et êtes force de proposition dans l’amélioration des processus de collecte, de normalisation de la donnée et de la qualité de la donnée.
- Vous serez également amené à collaborer à d’autres projets d’entreprise, notamment sur l’évolution ou l’innovation des bases de données et outils statistiques.
- Pour réaliser vos missions, vous collaborez avec les éditeurs et les équipes CX (Campaign Managers, Web Analysts, Designers, Product Owners, )

**Profil**
- Issu.e d’une formation Bac+4/5 en mathématiques, statistiques ou en data science,
- Vous possédez minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans l’exploitation de bases de données, dans la Business Intelligence (BI) ou dans la Web Analyse.
- Passionné-e par les chiffres et l’analyse, vous êtes à l’aise sur les logiciels informatiques (Python, R, SQL, SQL Server, langage Qlik), les outils BI (Qliksense) et les services Microsoft Azure.
- Organisé-e et autonome, vous appréciez le travail en équipe et savez fédérer.
- De nature curieux.se, vous êtes convaincu.e de l’avenir de la data et de l’analyse statistique.
- Rigueur et proactivité seront de mise afin de mener à bien vos missions.
