Due to continuous growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. Reporting to the HR Manager and working within the HR Distribution team, you’ll support staffing, general HR processes and projects for the entire campus.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As HR Advisor, you’ll proactively and reactively support our managers in leading and coaching their teams, while feeding the first line HR service model with the correct information. You’ll create context in and support the execution of (recurring) HR and staffing processes, policies, and programs.

You’ll work in a fast paced, changing environment where status quo is not an option. As a HR expert across a number of different HR disciplines, you’ll work closely with your HR Manager on a range of strategic initiatives, whilst co-creating with the business as a way of working together.

On a daily basis you will:

- Service all leadership teams via the ServiceNow tool with the correct answers and data
- Drive HR processes on Staffing, Performance Evaluation, Presenteeism and Talent by performing analysis and reporting, delivering insights and create executive-ready materials.
- Execute operational processes & support strategic initiatives in Staffing
- Translate & evolve current HR processes and guidelines into the HR modernization journey and the dynamic 24.7 organization
- Align Org Design with SAP framework

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

Working as part of the HR team, you'll work alongside HRBP, HR MANAGERS, HR COE’S, AND GLOBAL HR and partner up with Business leadership.

PROACTIVE: A proactive attitude and mindset, alongside a solution-oriented approach, with excellent organization skills and a tolerance for ambiguity.
