**Royal Sporting Club Anderlecht**, een iconische voetbalclub met een rijke geschiedenis en vele successen, is op zoek naar nieuw talent om ons team te versterken. We zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde stagiair(e) om onze afdeling **Match Operations **te versterken en te helpen bij de organisatie van evenementen en wedstrijden van de club.
JOUW TAKEN
Als **stagiair(e) Match Operations** kom je ons team versterken dat zich bezighoudt met de organisatie van wedstrijden en clubevenementen. Jouw rol bestaat uit het ondersteunen van de organisatie van deze evenementen, van voorbereiding tot uitvoering.
**Je taken omvatten**:
- **Assisteren bij thuiswedstrijden van** Royal Sporting Club Anderlecht, zowel voor het eerste team als voor het U23-team.
- Deelnemen aan de **voorbereiding, het beheer en de coördinatie** van evenementen op een professionele manier, in samenspraak met de verschillende spelers van de club.
- Het beheren van **evenementendossiers** (logistiek, administratie) van A tot Z in samenwerking met je collega's.
- Communiceren en coördineren met **leveranciers, externe partners en vrijwilligers** om ervoor te zorgen dat evenementen soepel verlopen.
- Proactief meedenken over de behoeften van het team om onze organisatie voortdurend te verbeteren.
GEZOCHT PROFIEL
- Het is een must dat je student bent en een stageovereenkomst van je opleidingsinstantie kan voorleggen.
- **Passie voor sport en de organisatie van evenementen**: Je voelt je aangetrokken tot de sportwereld en wilt graag helpen bij de organisatie van voetbalwedstrijden op hoog niveau.
- **Beheer
- en planningsvaardigheden**: je weet hoe je een evenement moet plannen, organiseren en de logistieke en administratieve aspecten ervan beheren.
- **Vermogen om in teamverband te werken**: je werkt graag samen met verschillende teams, leveranciers en vrijwilligers en bent in staat om samenwerkingsprojecten te leiden.
- **Sterke administratieve vaardigheden**: je bent vertrouwd met kantoortools zoals **Microsoft Office** (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- **Rijbewijs en voertuig**: je moet in het bezit zijn van een geldig rijbewijs en een voertuig.
- **Taalvaardigheid**: je spreekt vloeiend Frans, Nederlands en Engels.
- **Proactieve en flexibele persoonlijkheid**: je bent georganiseerd, kunt meerdere taken tegelijk aan, bent stressbestendig en hebt een positieve, oplossingsgerichte houding.
