As a Transformation Consultant you’ll enrol in our 2-year paid NXTGen Traineeship, meant to fast-track your career in Transformation consultancy in the financial sector. The program combines soft and hard skill training with mentoring, all while gaining on-the-job experience as a Transformation Consultant in a client-facing role.
As a Transformation Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in helping our clients meet their strategic goals. Your tasks will include:

- Support the delivery of large-scale transformations at our clients across various domains (digital, agile, data, risk & compliance,...)
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs
- Support in defining and implementing target operating models (TOM)
- Project management: develop project plans, timelines, manage project budgets, report project progress to key stakeholders
- Create and implement business adoption/change plans
- Implement changes to existing ways of working, systems or processes
- Support Agile and DevOps transformations
- Provide training on new systems, processes or Agile frameworks

Of course, you won’t be doing this alone. You’ll have support from your fellow trainees, in-office mentors and talent development coaches from Exellys, so you can realise your full potential.

**Ideally you have the following skills**:

- You’ve enjoyed a higher education in a relevant field such as finance, business, economics, IT engineering or project management
- Proficiency in English and either Dutch or French is a must
- A genuine interest in the financial services industry and the change and transformation domain, with a desire to learn and grow in this field.
- Strong logic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyse complex situations and reports and derive potential solutions
- Creating high quality presentations and reports to effectively communicate project findings
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to the success of the team.
- Knowledge of project management, Agile, DevOps, Lean or change management methodologies
