Hays is wereldleider in het rekruteren en selecteren van professionals voor permanente, tijdelijke en freelance vacatures. Binnen de tak Enterprise Solutions zijn we op zoek naar een consultant die onderdeel wil uitmaken van een ervaren team binnen de MSP-wereld. Als MSP-consultant ben je voornamelijk verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van alle fases van het aankoopproces van externe consultants/freelancers.

**Jouw nieuwe job bij Hays Enterprise Solutions**:

- Je zorgt voor een optimale en kwalitatieve aanwerving van consultants/freelancers. Dit doe je o.a. via ons eigen netwerk van leveranciers maar ook ga je zelf de markt op in de zoektocht naar de beste consultant/freelancer voor de functie.
- Je bent een kei in het opstellen, opvolgen, onderhouden en managen van positieve werkrelaties met leveranciers en consultants/freelancers door middel van regelmatige telefonische en persoonlijke contacten. Dit kan gaan van een leveranciersbeoordeling tot het aanscherpen en aansturen van leveranciers en processen, suppliermanagement, contractmanagement en veel meer.
- Je geeft eveneens adviserende ondersteuning aan de klant, waarbij je zeer goed in staat bent de verschillende belangen te managen. Alsook zorg je voor de opleidingen die ertoe dienen dat iedereen het bestaande proces goed begrijpt en ook de bijhorende tools kan gebruiken.
- Je communiceert programma proceswijzingen en updates aan onze leveranciers alsook aan de klant.
- Je werkt en denkt continu mee aan procesoptimalisaties. Je werkt ter plaatse bij de klant in de regio van Asse. Je kan rekenen op flexibiliteit in uurrooster en homeworking.

**Wat zoekt Hays in jou?**
- Je bent vlot in de omgang en bent een geboren organisatorisch talent.
- Je bent zelfstandig, communicatief en je hebt aandacht voor details.
- Twee jaar ervaring binnen de rekruteringssector is aangewezen.
- Ervaring in MSP / RPO of algemene rekrutering is een sterke troef.
- Nederlands & Engels zijn geen enkel probleem voor je en je kan je uit de slag trekken in het Frans.
- Ervaring met een VMS/ATS systeem is leuk meegenomen.
- Je kan moeiteloos met MS Office werken.
- Tenslotte ben je met jouw analytische geest de persoon die we zoeken.
