**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
**Position Overview**
As Campus Recruiter, you will be part of the Brussels Recruiting Team, focusing on identifying and recruiting top talent to reinforce our Consulting staff. You will partner with multiple stakeholders in the Consulting and Business Services teams, locally & internationally.
You will further develop, drive forward and streamline the Campus Recruiting strategy & processes, in collaboration with the other Campus Recruiters. You will act as thought partner vs the Recruiting Pipe Responsible. You’ll team up with a broader Consultant Team partaking in University Recruiting, and with Recruiting colleagues to further build BCG’s brand and positioning on the market. On top, you will drive DE&I initiatives & improvement projects across different inflow pipes beyond Campus recruiting.
**What will you do?**
**Main duties will involve**:
- Ensure successful management of the University Recruiting Strategy & process
- Translate & implement broader strategy into Campus Recruiting approach for the Belgian market
- Define & implement partnerships/marketing initiatives to attract & recruit Graduates at university level
- Liaise with Campus/student organizations, define partnerships & marketing events where needed
- Organize recruiting presentations/marketing events in line with the recruiting strategy (develop communication/marketing plan; event content; logistics; welcome students; attend event; budget planning)
- Contribute to development, planning and execution of major flagship events (Strategy Cup, Strategy Weekend abroad)
- Drive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives across pipes (beyond campus recruiting) through data driven approach
- Maintaining recruiting database
- Manage ad-hoc projects incl. recruiting process improvements
- Act as back-up and provide support for another recruiting colleague when needed
**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:
- Strong written and oral communication skills; comfortable with telephone interactions
- Ability to work with many stakeholders and contribute cohesively to a strong team playing environment
- Autonomous and structured work style; well-organized to prioritize several tasks with long
- and short-term response requirements; ability to meet deadlines
- Sound problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, accurate
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, under occasional pressure
- Ability to deal with confidential information in a professional manner
**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:
- Master’s degree strongly preferred
- A first professional experience of 2-4 years; ideally acquired within a services company (consulting, marketing, headhunt/recruiting)
- Excellent written & spoken English skills; good knowledge of Dutch/French is a plus
- Proficient computer skills: Windows, Outlook; demonstrated basic knowledge in Power Point, Word, and Excel + experience in managing databases + data interpretation
**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
You’ll be part of the BCG Brussels Recruiting team, collaborating with Business Services colleagues as well as a team of (Junior) Consultants. You’ll be part of the wider BCG Brussels office as well as a well-developed international network of offices.
Overall, you can expect to be part of a fast paced, young & dynamic work place, both multinational and multicultural. On top, BCG offers a highly intellectually challenging environment. BCG provides ample training & development opportunities. This role will require occasional travel.
