En effet, Bruxelles-Propreté, de par ses activités de collecte, de nettoiement et de valorisation des déchets-ressources, exerce un **rôle central pour améliorer le cadre de vie de l’ensemble de la population bruxelloise, et répondre aux enjeux sanitaires, environnementaux et socio-économiques de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale.**
Le nouveau plan stratégique transversal, la pluridisciplinarité et la transversalité des problématiques gérées par l’Agence - et l’innovation qu’elles appellent - l’amène à **s’engager progressivement dans un management par objectifs et une culture de gestion de projets**.
Pour l’accompagner dans ce projet ambitieux et passionnant, l’Agence Bruxelles Propreté s’associe à **Proselect **dans la recherche d’un nouveau:
**Project Manager IT (H/F/X)**Votre défi **:
- Coordinateur et gestionnaire - Sous la
- **responsabilité du Responsable IT** vous assurez la
- **gestion complète du cycle de vie des projets IT** dont vous avez la charge, de la définition des besoins à la gestion des requêtes une fois mis en service.
- A ce titre vos missions sont les suivantes:
- Vous êtes **responsable du suivi de vos projets** ;
- Vous** assurez également** le **rôle de véritable Business Analyst**, en plus de celui de chef de projet ;
- Vous **dressez l’inventaire des besoins** actuels et futurs ;
- Vous **établissez un planning** des ressources et** priorisez** les projets ;
- Vous **identifiez les risques potentiels, envisagez des solutions et déterminez des processus** pour intervenir en cas de besoin ;
- Vous êtes le **garant de la bonne conduite** et de la **livraison des projets** informatiques.**Vos talents**:
- Problem solver, excellent communicant et fédérateur - Vous possédez un
- **master**.
- Vous avez une **première expérience comme Project Manager et êtes reconnu pour votre capacité à gérer une équipe**.
Vous **maitrisez les méthodologies et outils de gestion de projet**.
Vous êtes dotée d’une** grande capacité d’analyse** et êtes **capable de traiter un grand nombre d’informations simultanément**.
Vous êtes capable de **concilier différentes visions** et **résoudre les conflits**.
Vous êtes soucieux du **respect des délais**, de **fiabilité **et agissez de **manière intègre**.
Vous aimez le **travail en équipe**.**Notre offre**:
