**Job Offer for a Position in Human Resources**

**Position Details**:

- **Position**: Human Resources
- **Reporting to**: Management & Heads of Departments
- **Start Date**: As soon as possible
- **Location**: Our branches in Brussels (HQ) & The Hague ++ on the road occasionally
- **Type of contract**: Full-time
- **Our team **is **around 45 team members **and growing.

**Responsibilities**:
As the member of our team, who will be **responsible for Human Resources**, your **primary **focus will be to enhance our workplace by:

- **Inspiring your colleagues to perform at their highest potential.**:

- **Encouraging our management to challenge and support all team members.**:

- **Promoting a culture of innovation and adherence to socially and environmentally responsible practices.**:

- **Fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere where employees enjoy coming to work and can thrive.**

These objectives can be achieved through various initiatives, including but not limited to:

- Developing and implementing **HR strategies and initiatives** aligned with the overall business strategy.
- **Administering payroll **and **managing employee (fringe) benefits.**:

- Managing the **recruitment and selection process** for both new colleagues and internships, including maintaining contacts with schools.
- As well as **guiding both the employer & employee** in case of **termination of contract**.
- **Bridging management and employee relations** by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Serving as the **primary point of contact for all employees** & **mediate between them** if issues occur.
- Ensuring **legal compliance** in all aspects of human resource management.
- Overseeing **prevention management (IDEWE or alternative).**
- **Schedule & conduct** **evaluations** with our team-members.
- **Help organising social events & team buildings** to strengthen the bond between both our staff, our management and our stakeholders.

**Skills Required**:

- Fluent in **French**, **Dutch**, and **English.**:

- Available to **work at our offices in Brussels and The Hague **or **on different locations within the BENELUX.**:

- **Being 100% dedicated to your field of work.**
