**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities
**Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

**Job description**:
- Lead the identification and evaluation of suppliers to ensure the highest quality and best value for our organization
- Drive negotiations to secure favorable contracts and pricing, contributing to cost savings and operational efficiency
- Proactively monitor and manage supplier performance, fostering strong and collaborative partnerships
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and deliver innovative solutions
- Uphold the highest standards of compliance with procurement policies and regulations, ensuring ethical and sustainable practices

**About You**:
- Master's degree in business management, supply chain, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing, with a track record of successful negotiations and supplier management
- Proficiency in using SAP systems
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
