Group S is voortdurend op zoek naar hoe we onze processen kunnen optimaliseren om zo te zorgen dat we kunnen doen waar we het beste in zijn: onze klanten ontzorgen. Om hiernaar te blijven streven zijn we op zoek naar een Business Analyst voor verschillende teams.**Wat doet een Business Analyst?**
Als Business Analyst ben jij de schakel tussen de business en het development team. Je staat in voor de ontwikkeling, het beheer en de kwaliteit van onze tools, met een sterke focus op hun functionaliteiten. Problemen en behoefte van klanten analyseren, tools met elkaar integreren, deze uittesten en problemen oplossen,daar word jij enthousiast van
- Je detecteert ook de evoluties en nieuwe ontwikkelingen op de markt en geeft deze door aan onze business en development teams.
- Geen IT expert? Geen probleem, het ontwikkelen van deze tools is in goede handen bij onze IT collega’s. Jij bent de schakel om de wensen van onze klant intern te vertalen en vice versa.
**Wat betekent het praktisch?**
- Je bent onder anderen verantwoordelijk voor volgende taken:
- Je werkt samen met je collega’s en de business om hun behoeften te begrijpen en je ontwikkelt je tot een expert in deze thema’s.
- Je vertaalt deze behoeften door het vaststellen en beschrijven van de functionele werking van onze tools en processen en hun evoluties in de vorm van functionele analyses en design voor onze operationele
- en development teams.
- Je verzamelt bestaande problemen en stelt mogelijke oplossingen of verbeteringen voor. Je zorgt voor het tweedelijns support, ook voor interne klanten.
- Op basis van je business expertise en kennis van de klantenfeedback maak je zelf voorstellen van nieuwe ontwikkelingen en stel je deze voor aan het team.

**Wie ben jij?**
Aangezien onze platformen in het Engels zijn geprogrammeerd, heb je een goede kennis van het Engels. Daarnaast kan je in het Nederlands en/of Frans met je collega’s en klanten communiceren en hun complexe vragen ontleden.
- Naast een passie voor IT tools, heb je een basiskennis of interesse in HR, zodat je de kern van onze business kan begrijpen en goed kan aanvoelen wat onze klanten nodig hebben. Bij ons krijg je de kans om autonoom te werken, binnen een hecht team dat op elkaar kan en durft te steunen. Je werkt graag gestructureerd en hebt geen problemen met prioriteiten te stellen, zowel voor jezelf als voor anderen.
- Kortom zoeken we iemand die zowel enthousiast wordt van het business gedeelte, als van het blijven ontwikkelen van tools en platformen. Heb je een bachelor, master of enkele jaren relevante jaren ervaring hierin, zien wij een goede match.
