As we continue to expand our product lines, we are seeking a talented Freelance Apparel Designer with a passion for outdoor and active lifestyles to join our team.
**The adventure**:

- Design and develop performance driven apparel for ski & activewear following the defined brand strategy & identity.
- Collaborate closely with the brand & product development team to ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic and brand & quality standards within the defined price range.
- Create tech packs to guide the sample and production process.
- join fitting and sample approval processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials and eco-design principles, incorporating the latest innovations into your designs.
- Participate in briefing meetings, receiving and providing feedback to improve products.

Je uitrusting
- Proven experience in apparel design, particularly in ski, outdoor and sportswear.
- Strong understanding of performance fabrics, fit and garment construction.
- Strong eye for trends in ski, outdoor and sportswear.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Acrobat, Powerpoint, Excel (basic) and other relevant tools.
- Ability and openness to process feedback constructively and translate conceptually into functional commercial products.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the Design manager and brand manager.
- The main language at our HQ is Dutch but we’re open to other native speakers too. Fluent in English is a must.
- Portfolio showcasing your experience in outdoor, ski and activewear.
