**Your mission**:

- Coördineren van transacties binnen **specialty chemicals** voor klanten en partners.
- Onderhouden van **contact met wereldwijde belanghebbenden**.
- ** Samenwerken** met interne teams voor optimale resultaten, inclusief supply chain, finance, en directie.
- Stimuleren van **cross-selling en kennisuitwisseling** voor synergiën binnen het team.
- Focus op de Afrikaanse markt, inclusief **zakenreizen** en het **uitbouwen van relaties**.
- Bijdragen aan de **groei van onze business unit** in een bloeiende markt, met als doelpunt het beheer van je **eigen P&L**.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Als (Junior/Medior) Trader bij onze meest bloeiende business unit '**Personal, Home & Industrial Care' **krijg je na een grondige training en met de ondersteuning van je team de verantwoordelijkheid om **zelfstandig transacties** te coördineren voor onze klanten en buitenlandse partners binnen de speciality chemicals sector.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen van het **handels
- en logistieke proces** en onderhoudt** dagelijks contact** met klanten, leveranciers, en andere belanghebbenden wereldwijd om een vlotte distributie aan onze klanten te garanderen en oplossingen te bieden voor onverwachte (al dan niet macro-economische) uitdagingen.
- Je **werkt nauw samen** met onze Traders en collega's van verschillende afdelingen, inclusief de interne supply chain afdeling voor een naadloze uitvoering van logistieke activiteiten, finance én directie, om samen de beste resultaten te behalen.
- Het benutten van een** breed scala aan expertise** door actieve cross-selling en kennisuitwisseling met Traders van andere business units en landen is een integraal onderdeel van jouw rol en draagt bij aan het succes van ons team.
- De focus van deze rol ligt volledig op de Afrikaanse markt, waarbij je de kans krijgt om **zakenreizen** te maken naar jouw markten. Dit biedt je de mogelijkheid om waardevolle ervaring op te doen en sterke relaties op te bouwen in verschillende culturen en markten. We moedigen een proactieve en ondernemende houding aan, waarbij je al snel de kans krijgt om zelfstandig te opereren en je eigen weg te vinden.

**Your profile**:

- Een **passie** voor **internationale handel** en het **ontwikkelen** van nieuwe markten.
- Uitstekende **communicatieve** vaardigheden en een proactieve houding.
- Een afgeronde opleiding op **bachelor**:

- of** master**niveau, bij voorkeur in een relevante richting.
- Vloeiende **talenkennis** in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels, kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt.
- Een houding gekenmerkt door **ownership, moed, nieuwsgierigheid, resultaatgerichtheid, inclusiviteit **en** agiliteit.**
