We zijn op zoek naar een **Project Lead voor Magento-projecten **in Kontich. Je zal webshopprojecten leiden en opvolgen van a tot z. Je kent Magento van binnen en van buiten en veel verantwoordelijkheid schrikt je niet af.

**Wie is eWings?**:
eWings staat voor **e-commerce die doet groeien**. We zijn de e-commercepartner van tal van middelgrote en grote kmo’s.

We zijn gedreven, dynamisch en houden van een vlotte en informele aanpak. We bouwen webshops, helpen bedrijven met hun online marketing en connecteren met marketplaces. Onze aanpak typeert zich in directheid, eerlijkheid en vertrouwen. Daarbij hebben we een unieke oplossing in Magento 2, waarin we technische expertise en jarenlange praktische ervaring bundelen.

We maken deel uit van Xplore Group en hebben veel contact met alle belangrijke spelers in de sector.

**Jobomschrijving**:
Je werkt aan **webshopprojecten die je van a tot z beheert**. Die webshops zal je bouwen in onze eigen oplossing die we de naam ‘Magento+’ hebben gegeven. Die oplossing is uiteraard gebaseerd op Magento. Dit hebben we uitgebreid met tal van modules om zo tot een heel sterk e-commerceplatform te komen. Jij zet dat platform in volgens de wensen van de klant.

Als we aan een nieuw webshopproject starten, zijn er verschillende collega’s die hieraan zullen meewerken. Jij houdt het overzicht over die verschillende taken en zorgt ervoor dat alles tot een goed einde wordt volbracht. Je gaat zelfstandig aan de slag met het project, maar de andere project leads en de Magento team leads zijn er uiteraard om je te helpen bij vragen.

Je durft verschillende rollen op jou te nemen. Je kan als **analist** aan de slag om de vragen van de klant om te zetten in functionaliteiten. Je fungeert als **projectmanager** en **contactpersoon** van de klant. Maar je bent net zo goed in het beheren van het **projectbudget **en de **projectplanning**.

Enkele belangrijke punten:

- Je zal werken met Magento 2, maar vele andere tools zijn ook van toepassing.
- Je beheert projecten van a tot z: analyse, implementatie en opvolging.
- Klanten zijn kmo’s uit de B2B- en B2C-sector
- Je werkt vanuit thuis en onze kantoren in Kontich

**Profiel**:
Een echte ‘organiser’ en vlot in communicatie; zo beschrijf je jezelf. Steeds heb je oplossingen voor technische
- of onlinemarketingproblemen van onze klanten.
- Je hebt **enkele jaren ervaring met Magento** en bent dus ondertussen een echte _power user_.
- Alternatief: ruime ervaring met andere complexe e-commerce frameworks zoals Shopware, BigCommerce, OroCommerce of Salesforce. Zeker als het een PHP-based framework is.
- Je begrijpt e-commerce en webshops; zowel de technische details als het theoretische ‘grotere plaatje’.
- Je bent thuis in de basisprincipes van SEO, UX en design.
- Je ziet jezelf niet als een pure developer, maar het is wel een pluspunt als je hier een achtergrond in hebt.
- Je houdt ervan om samen met de klant naar een goede oplossing te werken.
- Je bent zelfstandig, zit vol ideeën en wil bijleren.
- Je hanteert een vlotte en professionele communicatiestijl.
- Je hebt een ‘can-do’ mentaliteit, handelt proactief en je zit vol creatieve ideeën.
