**_Location: Sint-Martens-Latem, Leuven or Hasselt_**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- **Administrative assistance to formal patent procedures in Belgium, Europe and abroad**:

- **National and internationale communication: corresponding with clients, foreign agent and patent granting instances like the European Patent Office.**:

- **Registering and following up deadlines relating to patents**:

- **Following up worldwide changes in procedural matters and implementing such changes in procedures**:

- **Carrying out general administrative tasks**

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- **Bachelor or Master degree**:

- **A strong judicial affinity**:

- **Excellent written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English, other languages are a plus**:

- **Able to handle confidential cases in a discrete manner**:

- **Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)**:

- **Being proactive and having a sense for initiative, being able to set priorities**:

- **Attention to detail**:

- **Capacity to work individually and in team**:

- **Some experience as a patent paralegal is a plus**
