TalenCia Consulting is currently looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager for a renowned client in Antwerp.
As an ICT Infrastructure project manager you realize (medium) large projects with critical timelines from inception phase to handover to the line organization, within agreed planning and budget and according to agreed quality standards. This mainly involves innovative network and infrastructure projects.
You are responsible for collaborating with internal clients, users, technical architects, local management organization, line management, external suppliers and other stakeholders for achieving and accepting the project goals and results. You have extensive technical content knowledge of various network infrastructure technologies and demonstrable experience with migration and deployment projects. You ensure a good transfer to the line organization and securing the ICT policies and IT architectures and standards within the projects.
In addition, you work daily with multidisciplinary teams and report to the manager IT Project Management Office.
Tasks
Delivery of the project plan
Analyze and understand the business case of the internal customer;
Supervise, direct and advise the project inception phase;
Elaborate, align and define the project plan with (internal and external) stakeholders;
Elaborate Project Brief, Project Initiation Document and other project related documentation.
Resource planning
Maintain thorough administration of project resources.
Identifying possible resource conflicts
**Education**: ICT education on at least bachelor level
**Experience**:
Demonstrated experience leading large projects;
Prince2, PMP or IPMA certified (or master project methodology major IT company);
Experience in and knowledge of (container terminal) logistics processes is a plus;
Proficient in working with MS Office;
Skilled in working with PPM tooling and experience with project portfolio management.
**Languages**: Multilingual (Dutch and English). Other languages are an advantage.
