**The role **

We are looking for a **Desktop Support Analyst** based in **Belgium**, as part of our dedicated IT Operations function.

Radius has over 2500 employees spread across multiple offices, so this team provides vital support and maintenance to the group's IT infrastructure.

We are largely a Microsoft environment (more on that later), and you will be helping to support the business both remotely and in person.

You’ll be based from our office in **Ronse**, with travel to other offices in Belgium. There will be regular interaction with IT colleagues based in our head office in Crewe, UK.

This role reports to our Head of IT Support (based in UK).

**What would your day to day look like?**
- Carrying out support and maintenance of the group’s IT infrastructure in Belgium, including PCs, servers, printers, network equipment and telephony systems.
- Carrying out both hardware and software installations and upgrades.
- Carrying out ad-hoc IT support tasks as and when required with some after-hours work when necessary.
- Helping with the rollout of new hardware/software, office expansions, new offices, etc as required.

**What do we expect of you?**
- Good level of desktop support knowledge gained in a professional services/project organisation and/or technical environment.
- Experience of the following technologies:

- Windows 10
- Desktop hardware (Dell preferred)
- Microsoft Office
- Microsoft 365
- English and Flemish language skills
- Ability and willingness to travel (including a driving license).
- Familiarity with Service Desk ticketing systems.
- Ability to manage customer expectations and SLA’s and prioritise conflicting requirements.
- Knowledge of IT Security fundamentals.
- Experience of desktop builds and hardware installation and configuration.
- Experience of practical troubleshooting within a Windows environment and dealing with users direct and/or by telephone.
- Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.
