**All about this role**:
You will be part of our growing Data Analytics team for Belgium & Luxembourg. You will play a key role in creating reports and conducting analyses that will empower data-driven decision-making across all departments in our BE&LU business, including but not limited to Sales Acquisition, Account Management, Marketing, and Logistics. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business problems and provide data-informed action-oriented recommendations.

**These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:_ _**:

- Retrieve data from our data warehouse (Google BigQuery) using efficient SQL queries to manage specific data feeds for our business.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of specific business areas to suggest improvements and actionable recommendations. Choose the appropriate tool for the job (e.g. Jupyter notebook, Tableau dashboard, spreadsheet) and consider the business strategy and priorities in order to derive the appropriate actions from your analysis.
- Evaluate and monitor the impact of our actions, refining approaches if necessary.
- Design and share user-friendly and interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Present your recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to documentation and maintain readable code repositories on GitHub.
- Play a key role within the wider Data Analytics community at JET, bridging the gap between our local BE&LU data team and data teams in other countries and HQ.

**What will you bring to the table?**:

- At least 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel, SQL and a BI reporting tool (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker) (MUST).
- Presentation and documentation skills (e.g. Google Slides/PowerPoint, Confluence).
- A hands-on mentality, as well as critical, structured and solution-oriented thinking.
- (Some) programming experience in Python (e.g. Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, etc.) + interest in upskilling, especially in collaborative coding tools (e.g. GitHub) and statistical techniques (e.g. causal inference, survival analysis, machine learning algorithms).
- Fluent in English (MUST). French, Dutch and/or other languages are a plus.
