**Your role as ICT Infrastructure Coordinator**:

As an ICT Infrastructure Coordinator you act as a buffer between the end users and **the suppliers** in the field of ICT Infrastructure. In addition, you take the lead or participate in **infrastructure projects** and services, including the setup and maintenance of the documentation. All this within a full cloud platform
Your responsibilities will look like:
Ensuring proper functioning
- **between ICT and infrastructure providers**Managing the company’s
- **cloud infrastructure**, computer network and telephony
-Monitoring, analyzing and improving
- **network capacity** and availability
- **Analyzing needs and problems** from end users - working towards improvements in collaboration with the internal customer, the ICT team and the infrastructure providers
- **Securing** and monitoring the company’s ICT environment
