Our client is responsible for the maintenance, modernization, expansion and management of the Belgian railroad network.
We are looking for a Process Analyst.
- As an Internal Auditor, you will perform audit assignments and help improve operations in the company. You will join a team of 8 employees and work with a colleague on projects of various kinds.
- Your audit assignments consist of analyzing processes and data related to all activities of the company.
- In a preparatory phase, you determine the scope of the assignment.
- On this basis, together with internal stakeholders through various channels, you gather all the information you need to carry out your assignment.
- You analyze the data and formulate conclusions and recommendations, and discuss them with the auditees using a clear audit report and action plan.
- Finally, you follow up on the recommendations and prepare a follow-up report.
- You have a master's degree, preferably in management science or equivalent through experience.
- You get satisfaction from analyzing information and are well versed in IT.
- You are a fluent communicator (both orally and in writing).
- You are good at networking within our company.
- You have integrity, are analytical and know how to plan your work well.
- You preferably have initial experience in analyzing processes or data analytics.
- You have a good command of audit and risk management techniques or you are willing to learn to work with these techniques (via the Internal Audit Master Class).
- You have an operational knowledge of the other national language.
