**Performance Business Analyst**
As the EMEA SCM Business Analyst, you support the Performance Management strategy and roadmap within EMEA Supply Chain Management.
You drive acceleration and engagement for reporting and data-driven decision-making in the area of Supply Chain Management. You will do this by leading and supporting related projects on the digitalization and development of data standardization and data governance. With your contribution, you ensure a data-driven culture in the entire Supply Chain and lead data-related projects and collaborates with global teams.
With 5 other colleagues, you will be part of the Performance Management team and you report to Lars Kluge, Performance Management Lead. The position will preferably be based in Hoofddorp (NL) but we are open to other locations in EMEA with the exemption of Germany and France.
**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Supply Chain Excellence collaboration & Mindset**
- Team player that supports the pursuit of a modern, data-driven Supply Chain vision to meet business and enhance the customer experience.
- The open mindset to experiment, to seek opportunities for different and innovative approaches.
- Champions the development of a culture of continuous improvement, of a data-centric mindset, and builds strong & trustful relationships with stakeholders to accomplish business goals and strategy.
- Influences without direct authority and guides colleagues to find suitable solutions.
**Driving Performance & Excellence**
- Leads regional performance management projects/workstream and participates in global projects as SME
- Drives the standardization of reports and dashboards across EMEA and ensure integrity and accuracy of data
- Build Ad-Hoc reports / perform ad-hoc analyses as needed in close collaboration with different stakeholders
- Identify correct data sources in a changing environment together with global IT teams
- Participate in Global Network or Metrics forums to share and adopt Best Practice
- Convince & support stakeholders to use data-driven solutions in day-to-day business
- Ensures adoption of global KPIs and metrics, and develops local metrics KPI’s where appropriate
- Influences the organization to build a data centric mindset, from building data acumen to improving data quality and data standardization

- Stay informed of industry trends to challenge the status quo.
- Explore new tools and technologies.
- Leverage data and insights to drive digitalization in SCM functions to increase efficiency and advance customer-centric solutions.
- Enable and encourage the organization to explore new tools and technologies.
- Share data-driven approaches & insights by active participation in different regional and global communities
**WHO YOU ARE**
- MA/MBA degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Informatics, or a related field; alternatively, equivalent work experience.
- 4 years of experience in business management and/or Supply Chain; cross-functional work and/or people management in a culturally diverse team (preferred).
- Data Stewardship mindset, Data integrity focus.
- Key competencies: Customer Focus, Strategic Mindset, Drives Results, Drives Vision & Purpose, Manages Ambiguity.
- Outstanding analytical skills, ability to troubleshoot and deliver results under pressure, outstanding communication, coaching, and mentoring skills required, and ability to influence.
- Good skills in data visualization software (preferred PowerBI).
- Experience with data modeling (preferred PowerBI).
- Good SQL knowledge.
- Fluent in English, add. European language is a plus.
