**Fonction**:
**Activités et tâches liées à la fonction**

Assurer la gestion pratique d’une étude épidémiologique multicentrique de grande envergure (3560 participantes). Cette étude (FRacture RISk Brussels Epidemiological Enquiry = FRISBEE) a comme objectif final de construire un modèle de prédiction du risque fracturaire lié à l’ostéoporose à 5 et 10 ans. De nombreuses analyses et études connexes au projet ont été publiées ou sont en cours ou planifiées. Le/la coordinateur/coordinatrice de l’étude aura comme mission principale la cogestion de l’étude FRISBEE avec le Professeur Body (investigateur principal), le Professeur Bergmann et l’aide de l’assistante administrative (suivi des participantes, enregistrement et validation des fractures et autres événements importants, ).

Concrètement, la personne devra assurer:

- La gestion de la base de données, l’extraction et l’analyse des données en vue de projets ou publications
- La coordination entre les différents intervenants et collaborateurs de l’étude (médecins, épidémiologiste, statisticien, infirmière)
- L’organisation du travail et des horaires de l’assistante administrative
- Les contacts avec les hôpitaux, les médecins traitants et les maisons de repos
- La supervision de mémoires de fin d’études (étudiants en médecine ou autres)
- La participation à la réalisation de protocoles, de rapports intermédiaires et finaux et ce, avant et après l’obtention de « Grants » (Industries pharmaceutiques et autres Fonds de soutien financier)
- La participation à l’écriture d’articles et de projets en lien avec l’étude
- La communication avec les co-promoteurs de l’étude
- L’organisation de réunions d’équipe et plénières
- La cogestion avec le Prof. Body des contrats avec les firmes sponsors et contrats de « Grants »

Les caractéristiques qui feront de vous notre nouveau ou nouvelle collègue:

- Un Master en sciences biomédicales est un plus.
- Expérience souhaitée en gestion de projets
- Une expérience dans le domaine de la recherche clinique ou épidémiologique est un atout
- Une maîtrise des outils statistiques est un atout important
- Maitrise, au moins passive, de l’anglais
- Connaissance du domaine scientifique
- Bonne connaissance de l’outil informatique
- Flexibilité
- Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome, à gérer seul(e) l’organisation du travail et les priorités
- Précision, rigueur et méthode
- Capacité de travail en équipe, en multidisciplinarité et bonne communication
