To lead its daily business operations and help the company grow & thrive, Bizfit is looking for its new Odoo Business Unit Manager.

Bizfit is a young consulting start-up focusing on the business acceleration of its main clients (SMEs) through IT-enabled business solutions. Our proven approach (360° Project and Solution management) anticipates all needs, support, and points of view to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

As Business Unit Manager of Bizfit within #TLPG, you will be responsible of contributing to the EBIT of Bizfit in 4 main domains:

- You will contribute to setting and executing the strategy of the start-up and to its growth
- You will have a clear focus on client management activities/delivery and on the acquisition of new clients, with the aim of increasing the value delivered to our clients
- You will play an important role in human resource management, recruiting and onboarding the consultants who join your team, and helping them to grow along their professional development path
- You will control and optimise the costs of the start-up that directly impact the EBIT

This also includes:

- Overseeing day-to-day operations
- Designing strategy and set goals for growth
- Setting and achieving financial and operational goals
- Maintaining budgets and optimize expenses (P&L)
- Understanding the technical, business, and human challenges of client projects
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Monitoring market trends and adapting to changes in the industry
- Representing the organization at events and meetings as a true Bizfit and #TLPG Ambassador

Requirements and skills:

- Ability to work in a challenging environment and meet demanding targets
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Experience in project management is a must - as-is, to-be, implementation of solution
- Knowledge of business process and functions (sales, operations, finance, HR, procurement, etc.)
- Strong analytical ability
- Problem-solving attitude
- Digital spirit
- Experience and/or affinity with Odoo, MS Power Platform or equivalent tools to support digitalisation of operational optimisation of our clients
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
- Reliable and organized
- Team-player attitude
- Dedicated and proactive mindset
