Key responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the HR Site Lead in defining, rolling out and following up on initiatives and projects to carry out the global HR strategy or increase local employee engagement. Focus will be on the white collar employees.
- Partners with external service providers such as insurance companies, payroll provider, recruitment agencies,to ensure a correct roll out of the new programs and projects.
- Partners with the internal partners such as HR Services and payroll organization to ensure a smooth roll out of all operational HR Processes.
- Performs specific local operational HR processes such as the onboarding and exit process.
- Actively involved in the white collar social dialogue and assists the HR Site Lead with other labor relations: Works Council, union delegation, safety council, CLA negotiations, social elections,
- Partners with people managers and advise them on all HR related concerns.
- Monitors the social legislation and provides advice on implementation.
- Providing strategic and day-to-day leadership to drive the delivery of the business’ HR goals (and KPI’s)
- Using experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organizational design, employee engagement and talent analytics
- Assisting in building strong talent pipelines and managing recruitment
- Collaborates to ensure clear and effective internal communications
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law or business administration with further education in HR
- Profound work experience in a similar HR position in an international production environment preferred
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Knowledge in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training and labor relations preferred
- Good oral and written communication skills as well as leadership and coaching skills
- High level of integrity and ethics
