De ontwikkeling en uitbouw van een competitief en rendabel verzekeringsgamma aangepast aan de noden van onze verschillende klantensegmenten en merken (Belfius Insurance, DVV & Belfius Direct Insurance) is één van de grote uitdagingen binnen de strategie van Belfius. Als product manager in het Product Management Team speel je hier een hierin een cruciale rol.
In de product portfolio zitten onder meer de brandverzekering voor eigenaars & voor huurders, de familiale verzekering, de verzekering voor privé-ongevallen,
**De job in een notendop**
- SPOC zijn voor een of meerdere van onze producten. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor operations, IT, marketing, legal, press relations,voor alle mogelijke vragen over onze producten.
- Opvolgen van de sales, rentabiliteit en targets en definiëren van acties indien nodig.
- Coördineren van projecten in nauwe samenwerking met andere Belfius-teams (Productmanagement Mobility, Productmanagement Business, Data&Digital, IT, enz.).
- Het opvolgen van markttrends (nieuwe bouwtechnieken, ESG, nieuwe types van samenwonen, IoT, AI,) en het vertalen van deze evoluties in relevante value propositions.
- Het uitwerken van een product gamma dat onze 3 merken maximaal rendabel laat groeien en dit gamma vertalen in een IT roadmap voor onze 3 merken.
- Coördineren van projecten in nauwe samenwerking met andere Belfius-teams (Productmanagement Mobility, Productmanagement Business, Data&Digital, IT, enz.).
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:
- Je hebt kennis van verzekeringen of een sterke interesse in verzekeringsproducten.
- Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren. Je kan mensen met verschillende achtergronden samenbrengen om tot gedragen voorstellen te komen.
- Je bent sterk in het helder presenteren van een strategie of voorstel (zowel mondeling als op papier).
- Je houdt van technische vraagstukken en bent sterk in het vertalen van problemen in pragmatische oplossingen.
- Je neemt ownership over je producten en probeert deze elke dag te verbeteren.
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden en een grote interesse in het uitvoeren van onderzoek en creatie van data-gedreven inzichten.
- Een economische of wetenschappelijke achtergrond is een plus.
- Je hebt een basiskennis van zowel Nederlands, Frans als Engels en slaagt er hierdoor vlot in om je verschillende stakeholders mee te nemen in jouw verhaal.
