Customer Service Executive

Are you fluent in Dutch (and English), and already living in Belgium or living in The Netherlands but willing to relocate? Do you have a previous experience in a call center as Customer Service Executive and now looking not just for a job, but for a real career opportunity?

This is a position for an immediate start, with the chance to work 1 or even 2 days from home, after the initial monthly training.
As a Customer Service Executive you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to Customers. Amongst your main responsibilities, you will be:
- Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries, and servicing
- Building relationships and finding solutions
- Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers
- Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience
So, if you are fluent in Dutch and you have at least 6 months of Customer Service experience in a busy call center, this is your chance to make a step forward in your career and join an amazing, prestigious Company

**Salary**: €2,100.00 - €2,200.00 per month
