**Mission**:
As part of our Enterprise Strategy team, you act as an internal consultant to support top management in decisions and projects that are most critical to the value of the company. You also lead specific projects linked to the execution of the strategy (e.g., market assessment, competitive analysis, strategic files, integration or disposal of assets).
Your work will span the entire scope of the Enterprise segments covered by Proximus, from small enterprises to large corporations for both Telco and IT products in the Benelux market. To cover this scope, the Proximus Group has two units : (1) the Enterprise Telco & Operations (ETO) and (2) the Enterprise IT (EIT). ETO is responsible for the Telco platforms and products as well as industrialized IT solutions while EIT covers the IT services and solutions offered by Proximus through its IT affiliate Proximus NXT IT.
Your role will consist in shaping the strategy of the Proximus group to maintain its leadership in the Telco market in all segments while reinforcing its position on the IT market in the Benelux.
**Job content**:
- You report to the Head of Enterprise Strategy, as part of the Group Strategy & Analytics division
- You mobilize and lead cross functional project teams to bring answers to complex strategic questions or to bring our digital transformation roadmap into execution.
- You participate in the development, communication and execution of our annual strategic planning exercises. You ensure an inclusive process and close collaboration with the different business units.
- You support in the presentation and cascading of our strategy so that all employees, partners, contractorsunderstand the corporate strategic plan and how it carries out the company's overall goals.
- You collaborate within the Enterprise Business Units and across all business units and functions to ensure business unit strategic projects reflect company-wide strategic priorities. You work with the owners of the must-win battles to ensure proper resources allocation and consistent execution.
- As trusted advisor you contribute to the development of an insights-driven, analytical culture in the company.
- You provide thought leadership and contribute to expanding the knowledge base about the markets and environments our Enterprise units and affiliates operate in.
- You think in scenarios and see patterns in complex situations. You are constantly looking for best practices in other countries and in industries.
**Main Working Relationships**:
- Main internal stakeholders: ExCo Level, Affiliates CEOs, Middle Management.
- Main external stakeholders: Partners, Vendors, Policy makers.

**Education and experience required**:
- Business Administration or engineering degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a top tier strategic consulting firm or demonstrable equivalent
- Qualified experience in the TMT sector or industries facing similar challenges
- Exposure with impact to highest level of decision makers (ExCo and Board)
- Fluent in English with at least a working knowledge of French and Dutch
