**Financial Analyst****:
Voor onze klant, een vooraanstaand bedrijf in de gezondheidssector gevestigd in de Kempen, zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Financieel Analist
- Regio

**Functieomschrijving**:
Je zal controlling-ondersteuning bieden aan hun lokale business units, waaronder het opstellen van budgetten en prognoses, maandelijkse afsluitingen, projectgoedkeuring en -opvolging, en andere financiële plannings
- en analyseactiviteiten op tijdige basis.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Positie kan verantwoordelijk zijn voor operationele controllingactiviteiten en/of industriële kostentoewijzing en/of operationele/kapitaalexpenses
- Werk nauw samen met Finance Business Partners over GBUs om coherente en naadloze ondersteuning te bieden aan Business Leaders
- Zorg voor een nauwkeurige en tijdige maandafsluiting en deel maandelijks de resultaten met Finance Business Partners en Budget Owners
- Bereid maandelijkse toelichtingen voor om verschillen te verklaren tussen werkelijke resultaten en/of budget en prognoses
- Zorg ervoor dat de bedrijfseigenaren het gebudgetteerde plan uitvoeren, inclusief het volgen van werkelijke cijfers, goedkeuring van projecten en het geven van richting aan bedrijfseigenaren
- Ontwikkel Opex
- en personeelsprognoses voor aangewezen gebieden, in samenwerking met FBPs en Budget Owners
- Toezicht houden op en zorgen voor opening en sluiting van projecten, evenals de tijdige kapitalisatie naast naleving methoden en -procedures met betrekking tot Asset Management
- Zorg ervoor dat standaardkosten worden berekend en de productieprestaties worden bewaakt
- Identificeer risico's en kansen die van invloed zijn op het behalen van deze prognoses
- Houd maandelijks het aantal personeelsleden bij en vergelijk met de gebudgetteerde en voorspelde vacaturepercentages, inclusief trendanalyse voor de belangrijkste factoren van verandering
- Volg alle aannames die zijn ingebouwd in het budget en de prognoses
- Goedkeuren van projectuitgaven en ervoor zorgen dat projecten op de juiste manier zijn gebudgetteerd, waar nodig uitdagen
- Blijf voortdurend uitdagen hoe er traditioneel wordt gewerkt, status quo; identificeer hiaten en beveel nieuwe manieren van werken aan
- Vergroot de financiële en zakelijke bekwaamheid
- Zorg voor naleving van relevante SOX-controls
- Zorg voor naleving van alle interne controlevereisten

**Criteria**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting of Finance is vereist
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden met oog voor detail en strategisch denken
- Bewezen resultaten bij het opbouwen van partnerschappen op verschillende niveaus binnen bedrijven vereist.
- Moet de vaardigheid hebben om invloed uit te oefenen en bedrijfsbeslissingen vorm te geven.
- Moet veel aandacht hebben voor detail, kwaliteit en bewezen vermogen om effectief te werken onder druk en strikte deadlines
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden: vermogen om een hoog volume aan projecten op gedetailleerd niveau te volgen en te beheren
- Vermogen om een band op te bouwen en geloofwaardigheid te krijgen bij belangrijke stakeholders
- Vermogen om effectief te werken over internationale werkstromen
- Geavanceerde Excel-vaardigheden, pivot tabellen, V-look ups, macro's, etc.
- Ervaring met TM1 en SAP
- Nederlandstalig en goede kennis van het Engels
