Als recruiter -binnen het BeNeLux HR team
- zoek je voor onze organisatie Cyber Security & Software Test Engineer profielen.
Je geografische focus ligt op het zuiden van Nederland (Limburg, Noord Brabant en Zeeland).
Dit is een full time baan (40 uur) waarbij er deeltijds vanop afstand gewerkt kan worden en deels vanop kantoor in Nederland en/of België.
Ideaal werk je vanuit het kantoor van Hasselt om zo onze fijne samenwerkmomenten en overlegcontacten optimaal te kunnen ervaren. Aanvullend tracht je 2 maal per maand op kantoor in Haarlem (Amsterdam) te zijn zodat daar ook de connectie versterkt wordt.

Functieomschrijving
Kort gezegd ben je bezig met;
- het uitbouwen van een netwerk van junior en medior Cyber Security profielen alsook Software Test Engineers voor de Nederlandse Business Unit in het zuiden van Nederland (Limburg, Noord Brabant en Zeeland).
- je bouwt een proactieve recruitment en selectie benadering uit voor je target groep
- je maatk integraal deel uit van het Benelux recruitment
- en HR team en je bouwt samen met je collega’s een uniforme en efficiënte manier van recruitment uit.
- je gaat proactief op zoek naar de juiste kandidaten met behulp van active search
- je stelt vacatures op voor open posities
- je bouwt lange termijn relaties op met recruitment kantoren
- je treedt op als een sparringpartner voor de Operations Managers
- je voert telefonische screenings uit
- je interviewt, samen met de hiring manager, de kandidaten om ervoor te zorgen dat kwalitatieve kandidaten geselecteerd worden
- je faciliteert het onboarding proces van nieuwe kandidaten
- je zorgt voor een warm welkom binnen Eurofins Digital Testing & Cyber Security
- je vertegenwoordigt Eurofins Digital Testing & Cyber Security op (virtuele) jobbeurzen en interessante job events
- je legt contacten met scholen om ervoor te zorgen dat Eurofins Digital Testing & Cyber Security een gekende werkgever is
Je hebt niet alleen een stevige maturiteit van minstens 3 jaar qua kennis en ervaring in recruitment, maar je wil de organisatie versterken en verbeteren.
Ook kijk je naar arbeidsmarktcommunicatie, hoe zorg je dat die schaarse IT profielen nou juist bij jullie komen werken?
Functie-eisen
Wij zoeken een zelfstartende en gedreven netwerker met resultaatgerichte werkhouding. Zelfstandigheid, communicatie en pro-activiteit zijn belangrijke eigenschappen voor deze functie. Met jouw positieve instelling handel je consequent in de dagelijkse hectiek. Daarnaast voer je goede, effectieve gesprekken en ben je creatief in het schrijven van een vacature. De arbeidsmarkt is je passie en jouw resultaatgerichtheid zorgt voor jouw succes.
- Master/ bachelor niveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- +3 jaar ervaring in recruitment
- Je haalt voldoening uit het selecteren van de juiste profielen en van het actief benaderen van kandidaten
- Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring met het rekruteren van IT profielen en meer specifiek met het rekruteren van Cyber Security en Test Engineer profielen
- Je neemt graag initiatief en houdt van een snel veranderende omgeving
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van de Nederlands en Engelse taal. Kennis van het Frans is een troef.
