**Prevention Officer**
- **Doelstelling**_
Als Prevention Officer ondersteun je de HSE Manager bij de uitvoering van het beleid rond Health & Safety (H&S). Je bent het contactpunt voor onze departementen voor alles rond veiligheid en welzijn.
- **Wat ga je in de rol van Prevention Officer doen?**_
- Je ondersteunt de HSE Manager bij het beleid rond H&S en geeft input rond de uitvoering hiervan
- Je ondersteunt bij het maken van rapportages voor zowel interne communicatie (management, holding, vakbond) alsook richting overheidsinstanties
- Je stelt werkinstructies op rond preventie en bescherming op het werk, zet deze uit in de praktijk en kijkt toe op de uitvoering hiervan. Je motiveert de medewerkers om de richtlijnen te volgen
- Je gaat regelmatig naar de verschillende depots, op verschillende tijdstippen waarop onze medewerkers actief zijn, om zo de implementatie op te volgen en te ondersteunen
- Je volgt wijzigingen in de wet
- en regelgeving nauw op en zorgt voor een goede implementatie hiervan in de processen
- Je bereid audits voor en ziet nadien toe op de implementatie van verbeteringen of aanpassingen
- Je voert risico
- en ongevallenanalyses uit in de depots en departementen en stelt op basis hiervan verbetervoorstellen op
- Je beheert het secretariaat van het Comité Preventie & Bescherming op het Werk
- Je ondersteunt het opstellen van een jaar
- en actieplan en volgt deze op
- Je ondersteunt de milieucoördinator op administratief vlak
- Je rapporteert periodiek over de voortgang van de resultaten op het gebied van H&S

- Je behaalde een Bachelor diploma (bijvoorbeeld in Integrale Veiligheid) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
- Je beschikt over het certificaat Preventieadviseur niveau 2
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Je hebt goede luisterskills, bent sociaal ingesteld en kan snel een netwerk creëren
- Je weet jouw enthousiasme over welzijn over te brengen zowel naar onze arbeiders als naar het management toe
- Je bent vlot in de omgang en stelt je toegankelijk op naar iedereen
- Je bent hands-on en flexibel ingesteld
- Je bent bereid om je te verplaatsen tussen onze verschillende locaties in België en Luxemburg
