Je hebt interesse in sociaal recht en wil elk kind een plaats geven in een duurzame maatschappij. Je staat ouders graag te woord en bent efficiënt en leergierig. Je wil op elke vraag een duidelijk antwoord geven om gezinnen echt te helpen. Je wil het verschil maken en weet dat een Groeipakket erg belangrijk is. Samen in team ondersteunen onze medewerkers dagdagelijks onze gezinnen. We bieden je alle leerkansen om een expert te worden in ons vakgebied.
**Welk takenpakket staat jou te wachten?**:
Samen met je collega’s van je team sta je in voor het proactief adviseren en begeleiden van de gezinnen doorheen de complexe wetgeving inzake het Groeipakket. Als expert ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor de ouders en bewaak je de klantentevredenheid. Dit betekent onder meer:
- Het behandelen en opvolgen van de gezinnen in je portefeuille. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen tijdig krijgt waar die recht op heeft.
- Het adviseren van de gezinnen: dit kan zowel telefonisch, per mail, op een digitale manier (o.a. via Teams) als via het loket gebeuren. Jouw klanten sluiten elk gesprek af met een glimlach.
- Het verdiepen in de wetgeving. Om de vragen rond het Groeipakket zo correct mogelijk te beantwoorden streef je naar een steeds up-to-date kennis hiervan.
- Je team kan op je rekenen: je bent niet enkel verantwoordelijke voor jouw eigen klantenportefeuille, maar staat ook collega’s bij waar nodig.
**Wie is onze nieuwe Client Advisor?**:
- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardige door ervaring.
- Wetgeving boeit jou, idealiter kwam je in het verleden al met sociale wetgeving in aanmerking. Heb je enige kennis van de wetgeving inzake het Groeipakket? Dan is dit zeker een troef
- Je kan jezelf omschrijven als een analytisch en nauwkeurig persoon.
- Verschillende PC-toepassingen heb je snel onder de knie.
- Je durft te groeien in jouw job, interne opleidingen volgen en omgaan met vaak wijzigende wetgevingen en toepassingen schrikt jou niet af.
- Een correcte service aanbieden zit in jouw bloed.
- Je kan je perfect uitdrukken in het Nederlands en je durft jouw Franse en Engelse talenkennis te gebruiken om klanten nog beter te helpen.
**Voor wat, hoort wat**:
- Je wordt op korte tijd een krak in jouw vak. De collega’s staan alvast klaar om hun jarenlange expertise met jou te delen. Een ervaring als Client Advisor is dus niet noodzakelijk.
- Thuiswerk is mogelijk na een bepaalde inwerkperiode.
- Het loon bespreken we graag in een persoonlijk gesprek. Dit wordt alvast aangevuld met tal van extralegale voordelen zoals maaltijd
- en ecocheques, hospitalisatie
- en groepsverzekering, cadeaucheques, flexibele werktijden en een cafetariaplan.
- Bovenop jouw wettelijk verlof heb je maar liefst 11 verlofdagen extra. Deze worden in samenspraak met je team vrij ingepland en kunnen ook per uur opgenomen worden.
