**Responsibilities**:

- Dit internship betaalt je € 1014,94 per maand, en je krijgt maaltijdcheques, PepsiCo-vouchers en ook reiskostenvergoeding

**Wat je zult leren als Customer Collaboration intern**:
- Customer Service & Logistieke dynamiek, zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt
- Probleemoplossing - oorzaken van problemen achterhalen (LEAN)
- Korte termijn planning rekening houdend met toekomstige promo’s, campagnes en markt trends
- Gebruik van verschillende tools om belangrijkste KPI’s (klantenservice en inventaris) te analyseren met het oog op continue verbeteringen van demand in onze planningssystemen
- Sterke relaties opbouwen met verschillende interne functies - een echte cross-functionele speler zijn
- Naast je reguliere werkzaamheden, zal je ondersteuning bieden aan Customer Collaboration Team
- Gedijen in een snel veranderende omgeving (FMCG), met de focus op het optimaliseren en/of verbeteren van processen
Qualifications:
**Belangrijkste functievereisten**:
- WO Bachelor / Master of afgestudeerd (maximaal 3 maanden geleden) met affiniteit voor supply chain en planning
- Vloeiend in het Nederlands en uitstekend in het Engels; kennis van het Frans is een voordeel
- Nauwkeurig, analytisch, georganiseerd en een basiskennis van Excel, Word en PowerPoint
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden - in staat om gegevens, trends en inzichten op een manier te presenteren die belanghebbenden aanspreekt
- Gedreven en de wens om jezelf te ontwikkelen binnen het Customer Collaboration Team
