**Onthul jouw ambities in jouw takenpakket**

Als **Process Analyst (M/V/X)** zal dit jouw missie zijn:

- Het analyseren en modelleren van processen.
- Het formuleren van voorstellen ter verbetering en monitoring (KPI’s) van deze processen.
- Erop toezien dat de verbeteringsvoorstellen passen binnen de End-to-End procesarchitectuur en voldoen aan de doelstellingen van Cebeo.
- Het faciliteren van de implementatie van de verbetervoorstellen.
- Ervoor zorgen dat de kennis en het gebruik van de geoptimaliseerde bussiness processen up-to-date blijft.
- Actieve bijdrage leveren binnen het Process Office,het Competence Center binnen Cebeo dat ook instaat voor de governance van BPM.

**Wat breng jij mee?**
- Een Bachelor
- of Masterdiploma in Business Management, Business Process Management, Information Technology, Computer Science of een ander relevant vakgebied.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
- Sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden in zowel Nederlands, Frans als Engels.

- Je hebt een goede kennis van Business Process Management in het algemeen en modelleer technieken in het bijzonder (BPMN, UML, )
- Je hebt de nodige kennis van facilitatie
- en presentatietechnieken.
- Je hebt een brede kennis van de verschillende lagen van het IT- gebeuren: applicaties, data en infrastructuur.
- Je kan conceptmatig denken en bent in staat dit op een heldere manier te beschrijven en te documenteren.
- Je hebt een sterke analytische geest, een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en bent klant
- en resultaatgericht.
- Je bent in staat om technische en complexe processen te vertalen in begrijpelijke termen voor de business.
- Je bent diplomatisch aangelegd en hecht waarde aan compromissen.
- Je bent georganiseerd, methodisch en je hebt een flinke dosis anticipatievermogen
