**LE CONTEXTE**
L'équipe **Microsoft Systems** recherche actuellement un collaborateur polyvalent alliant compétences en **administration des systèmes/infrastructure** à une passion pour la **planification**, la **coordination** et le **contrôle qualité**. Tu rejoindras une équipe soudée et dynamique, composée d’une trentaine de personnes, qui est pilotée par Laurent GREVESSE.
**TA MISSION**
- En tant qu'_**_ Incident and Quality Coordinator_**_ tu supervises et coordonnes le cycle de vie des activités au sein de l'équipe._
Tes responsabilités seront les suivantes:
- Contrôle et suivi des indicateurs** SLA **avec l'équipe (incidents, changements, problèmes, etc.,).
- Surveillance et analyse des alarmes générées dans les Clouds **Azure** et **AWS**.
- Vérifications mensuelles de l’utilisation des processeurs et de la mémoire des serveurs virtuels.
- Gestion des certificats de sécurité (**PKI**).
- Gestion des **licences Windows** pour les serveurs legacy KMS, etc.
- Vérification du bon fonctionnement des **antivirus **(in-house et dans le cloud).
- Assistance aux collègues de l’équipe dans leurs tâches techniques en fonction des besoins.

**TON PROFIL**
Tu es la personne que nous recherchons si tu apprécies le travail d'équipe, possèdes d'excellentes aptitudes de communication et des connaissances solides en infrastructure.
- Idéalement, tu disposes d’une capacité avérée à configurer, dépanner et maintenir les systèmes d'exploitation Windows Server.
- Expérience confirmée dans les opérations de patching et de déploiement de logiciels.
- Bonne connaissance de l'ITIL et capacité à contribuer au développement et au respect des processus ITIL.
- Expérience dans le transfert de connaissances et compétences aux différents niveaux de support.
- Tu communiques facilement et tu t’adaptes à ton interlocuteur.
- Tu as de l’expérience avec des produits d'infrastructure (SQL/Windows Server/Citrix/Terminal Services/SCCM/Active Directory/GPO).
- Tu disposes d’une bonne compréhension de l'infrastructure VMware.
