HR Administrator

We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our growing multinational team at RHEA Group’s headquarters in Wavre, Belgium.

The key individual will be the first port of call for employee’s questions and requirements, as well as supporting managers in their day-to-day administrative needs. You will also have the opportunity to support the administrative side of projects such as the introduction of a new training management tool and the development and maintenance of the HR pages on the new intranet site and support for all HR Process and Policy updates.

**Tasks and Activities**:
The scope of work will include:

- Managing and triaging the HR inbox and the HR Ticketing System.
- Providing inputs to the ERP and other HR tools through data collection and entry of employee related information. Compiling regular HR reports from the database for Management, or as needed.
- Setting up and maintaining employee files and keeping the HR database up to date.
- Working with the HR team to ensure smooth and regular communications with employees in all regions.
- Supporting new joiner inductions and leaver exit interviews.
- Being responsible for filing and archiving HR documents.
- Supporting the drafting of employment letters, contracts, contract addendums, freelancer contract extensions and employments certificates.
- Contributing to the implementation, management and administration of the existing HR processes. Making suggestions for the development and update of current and new policies and procedures. Assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures for consistency, compliance and efficiency.
- Supporting the administration of key HR projects as and when required.

**Skills and Experience**:
The following skills and experience are mandatory:

- A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Administration.
- Two years’ work experience in administration.
- Confident handling sensitive situations and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to respond effectively to questions from groups of employees and managers alike.
- Self-directed, proactive and a strong attention to detail.
- Able to remain flexible with work tasks requested, and comfortable working in a team.
- Confident in providing excellent customer service in all areas of the role, with a demonstrable passion for HR.
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

The following skills would be highly desirable:

- Experience working within a Human Resources related environment.
- A working knowledge of another European Language.
