**Je functie**:
The role includes but is not restricted to, the following duties:

- Meeting and greeting all visitors and servicing all meeting rooms
- Provide PA cover during periods of annual leave and sickness
- Excellent standard of typing when collating documents and presentations and ability to accurately check draft documents and correspondence after amendment
- Working alongside the Brussels based PA compiling and indexing completion documents, reports on clients, bundles of pleadings (where relevant), court documents, cost schedules etc. with mínimal supervision
- Ability to monitor progress of a matter and ensuring key dates are not missed
- Arranging meetings and any other work-related social arrangements with no supervision
- Assisting in managing a comprehensive filing system both hard copy and electronically
- Answering telephones in a prompt and efficient manner
- Maintaining client confidentiality
- Ability to deal with incoming enquiries in an appropriate manner, seeking assistance where required
- Ability to draft simple letters, eventually without supervision
- Where relevant ensuring Partners / Fee Earners timesheets/expenses are recorded, using the relevant software, in an accurate and timely manner
- Helping to ensure that all finance advice forms are completed correctly and signed by a Partner before submitting to the Finance department, having taken relevant file copies to comply with auditors' requirements
- Attending team meetings when required
- Running errands and collecting supplies from the local area
- Printing, photocopying, binding, scanning and filing documents
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing post and couriers
- Stationery supply ordering & processing office expenses
- Supporting the UK based Facilities team with facilities, security and periodic health and safety checks
- Assisting the UK based Facilities team with vendor management, ordering and insurance management
- Liaising with Office Services and Facilities teams in the UK where required

**Je profiel**:

- Fluent in English and French. Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
- Ideally experience of working in an administration role within a fast paced, challenging and confidential environment.
- Ideally, already familiar with electronic document management and filing systems, however not essential.
- Self‐starter and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- A highly organised, methodical approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Proactive, 'can do' approach and desire to achieve high standards.
