FrieslandCampina is seeking a driven Account Manager for Milk Recruitment in the Southern Netherlands and Flanders region of Belgium.

In this role, you'll engage with potential member farmers and milk suppliers, convincing them of the benefits of joining FrieslandCampina. You'll work closely with the growing team of Milk Recruitment, to drive our strategic goals. Enjoy autonomy in your own region while making a significant impact on a key strategic theme. You will have the following responsibilities:

- Attracting new farmers to become member
- Find new ways to (successfully) approach & connect with farmers
- Role modelling the new way-of-working to win in recruitment of milk
- Engage and convince potential members or suppliers
- Establishing and representing FrieslandCampina as the leading dairy company

Wat we vragen
- WO or HBO working and thinking level (eg Commercial Economics, (Agricultural) Business Administration, Agricultural Sciences or ‘Dier
- en Veehouderij’);
- At least 5 years of relevant commercial experience, preferably with a combination of dairy or dairy farming, to have or gain a good understanding of agriculture and farmer finances;
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Residing in the Southern Netherlands or Flanders region of Belgium;
- Strong commercial mindset and excellent communication skills;
- Experience with salesforce or proven commercial funnel management skills.

You'll work closely with the growing team of Milk Recruitment. This tight-knit team maintains regular communication and is based at our central headquarters in Amersfoort, Netherlands. However, your role primarily involves traveling within your designated region and offers the flexibility to work from your home office. You will also maintain strong connections with Account Managers Field Service and District Members to identify and leverage commercial opportunities.
