Pour l’un de nos clients situé dans la région de Bruxelles nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Project Manager Piping dans le secteur de Électricité. Les chantiers à suivre sont principalement dans le Hainaut.

Pour l’un de nos clients situé dans la région de Bruxelles nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Project Manager Piping dans le secteur de Électricité. Les chantiers à suivre sont principalement dans le Hainaut.

**Function**:
**Quel est votre rôle ?**
- Vous réalisez la gestion journalière, technique, commerciale, contractuelle et financière des projets techniques (installation ou modification) chez les clients;
- Vous avez la gestion d’un ou plusieurs projets, allant de l’offre à la fin de la période de garantie;
- Vous réalisez des offres et analysez les besoins des clients, vous réalisez les demandes de prix auprès des fournisseurs et estimez les heures nécessaires de travail;
- Vous supervisez et rédigez les cahiers des charges pour les différents prestataires externes ou internes et commandez les fournitures nécessaires au chantier ainsi que les sous-traitants;
- Vous réalisez le planning des travaux, estimez le personnel requis;
- Vous définissez et commandez l’outillage nécessaire aux travaux,
- Vous veillez à ce que tous les intervenants soient organisés;
- Vous participez à la préparation des chantiers principalement dans le Hainaut;
- Vous gérez le chantier, organisez le chantier avec le chef de chantier, faites le suivi des travaux supplémentaires, réalisez un suivi de qualité (inspection, cahier de soudage)
- Vous êtes l’interface avec le client et les fournisseurs;
- Vous gérez des équipes techniques et des sous-traitants, parfois allant de 2 à 40 personnes, de tous niveaux (dessinateurs, assistant, tuyauteur, monteur, soudeur )
- Vous veillez au respect de la politique de sécurité en vigueur dans l’entreprise;

**Quel est votre profil ?**
- Master d’Ingénieur industriel ou civil;
- Connaissance technique dans les domaines industriel tels que : tuyauterie industrielle, énergies, utilities, thermodynamiques;
- Organisation hors paire dans l’exécution de tâches nombreuses et complexe;
- Capacité d’analyse rapide et précise;
- Capacité à apprendre, comprendre et appliquer les nouvelles technologies;
- Approche orientée solutions et proactive dans la résolution de problèmes (ex : gestion des priorités);
- Proximité au terrain, avec vos aptitudes en people management pour convaincre, motiver et intervenir si nécessaire.
