Ben jij klaar om een sleutelrol te vervullen binnen een **dynamisch** en **groeiend** **bedrijf**? Dan is dit jouw kans Wij zijn voor een klant op zoek naar een gedreven Ocean Operations Agent Import om het team in **Antwerpen** te versterken.
Als onderdeel van het Ocean Team rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de **Ocean** **Operations** **Manager** en werk je nauw samen met collega's om de dienstverlening naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
**Wat ga je doen?**
Als Ocean Operations Agent Import ben je de drijvende kracht achter de internationale zeevrachttransporten voor een toegewijd account. Je taken omvatten het beheren van marges, facturatie, uitgaven en operationele rapportages. Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden zorg je voor een soepel proces en grijp je proactief in bij eventuele problemen. Je onderhoudt nauw contact met rederijen en interne teams, zowel lokaal als wereldwijd.
Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
- Facturatie en betalingsopvolging naar klanten;
- Controle van inkomende facturen en vergelijking van tarieven;
- Beheer van klachten van klanten;
- Bijhouden van interne werkinstructies en communicatie met betrokken teams;
- Financiële en data-analyse van resultaten;
- Identificeren en oplossen van bottlenecks.

Met jouw organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden werk je effectief samen met collega's om optimale resultaten te behalen. Je bent methodisch, oplossingsgericht en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. Verder beschik je over:
- Een Bachelor werk
- en denkniveau;
- Enkele jaren ervaring in Freight Management, bij voorkeur binnen Import;
- Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
- Vaardigheid in Excel en Outlook;
- Sterke sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden.
