Voor de Jean-Michel Martin Groep zijn wij op zoek naar een Car Delivery Advisor voor onze concessie te Woluwe.
De filosofie van Jean-Michel Martin, afkomstig van de autosport, is altijd geweest om met passie de weg van de prestaties te volgen. Dit wordt gedeeld door een heel team van zorgvuldig geselecteerde verkopers en technici. Dit wordt weerspiegeld in de inrichting van de showrooms en in de werkplaatsen, die zijn uitgerust om u diensten van hoog niveau aan te bieden. Alles met de glimlach en efficiëntie zodat wij onze klanten onder de beste omstandigheden in dit topmerk mogen ontvangen.
**Functie**:
- Je creëert een optimale ervaring tijdens de aflevering van nieuwe en gebruikte voertuigen,
- Je controleert het af te leveren voertuig en zorgt ervoor dat het tot in de details levering klaar is,
- Je handelt de administratieve taken met de klant snel en transparant af,
- U sluit het dossier af na levering van de voertuigen en controleert de juistheid ervan.
- Je zorgt voor de netheid van de afleveringsruimte,
- Je denkt na over hoe je de klantervaring kunt verbeteren, zodat ze een onvergetelijke ervaring hebben.
**Profiel**:
- Je hebt een passie voor auto's,
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels,
- Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen, een glimlach is standaard bij je uitstraling en grenzeloze energie met een grote dosis enthousiasme,
- Je bent een teamplayer, de hele organisatie kan zich tot je wenden en op je vertrouwen,
- Je hebt gevoel voor klantenservice,
- Je bent streng en nauwgezet,
- Je stelt de huidige manier van werken in vraag en je bedenkt hoe het beter of anders kan.
