**Vacature omschrijving**:
**Als Bouwcoördinator Store Development bij Retail Partners Colruyt Group werk je mee aan de ontwikkeling en realisatie van zowel nieuwe winkelprojecten als het remodelen van bestaande winkels. Daarnaast help je mee de supermarkten van zelfstandige Spar-ondernemers te moderniseren zodat onze klanten in een aangename omgeving winkelen.**

**Jouw takenpakket als Projectcoördinator Store Development**:

- Je werkt samen met collega’s in een projectteam, waarin iedereen zijn specifieke taak heeft.
- Je werkt van bij de start mee aan de ontwikkeling en realisatie van het project.
- Je coördineert de realisatie op de werf tot de definitieve oplevering en waakt hierbij over scope, deadlines en budget, met oog voor de nodige nazorg.
- Concreet maakt je efficiënte werfplanningen op, vraagt je offertes aan en maak je kostenramingen op.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat het realisatieplan gerespecteerd wordt en controleert de facturen en nacalculatie zodat alle betrokkenen over de uiteindelijke realisatiekost beschikken.
- Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met onze zelfstandige Spar-ondernemers, interne partners (bijvoorbeeld tekenaars, de immocoördinator, realisatieteams, business development) en externe partijen (zoals installateurs en leveranciers).
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers.
- Je maakt werfverslagen op om alle betrokken partijen op de hoogte te houden van de voortgang van het project.

Je werkt 1 tot 2 dagen per week vanuit Mechelen en bezoekt regelmatig lopende projecten op locatie.

**Profiel**:

- **Opleiding & ervaring - **Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs in een technische, liefst bouwkundige richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Ervaring in de voedingsindustrie is een pluspunt.
- **Planmatig - **Alles staat of valt met de organisatie en planning van jouw projecten. Je behoudt steeds het overzicht en weet precies wat er op korte en lange termijn moet gebeuren.
- **Oog voor detail** - Je werkt mee aan grote bouwprojecten. Tegelijk heb je oog voor de kleinste details die tijdens een renovatie of nieuwbouw vaak het verschil maken.
- **Overtuigingskracht **- Je staat als werfleider stevig in je schoenen. Je kan standpunten innemen, ze helder formuleren en onderaannemers overtuigen van je gelijk.
- **Talenkennis **- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands of het Frans. Kennis van de andere landstaal is een plus. Zo kan je met al je collega’s en stakeholders vlot communiceren en samenwerken.
